The oil cylinder is 
difficult to lift or fails
 to completely lift.

Oil is not sufficient in the oil tank

Make up hydraulic oil as required.

Strainer of the oil tank or pipeline is seriously 
blocked.

Clean strainer and smooth the pipeline

The oil pump is faulty and fails to supply oil.

Change the oil pump.

Pneumatic pressure is too low.

Check the pneumatic pressure

The power output does not mesh, 
and oil pump operates poorly

Remove the trouble of engaging gear,
 and makethe power output mesh.

The hydraulic oil is not clean, and the distribution
 valve is blocked by impurities

Change hydraulic oil and clean the
 distribution valve

Oil return line is not smooth, and friction
 resistance ofoil cylinder lifting is high

Clean the oil line

Oil cylinder leaks inside.

Change seal ring inside the cylinder or 
the oil cylinder

Hydraulic system leaks oil

Eliminate the oil leakage point.

If there is a limit valve, the valve core
 is not in position

Check and adjust the guide pillar and
 valve core.

The oil cylinder fails
 to lift with a heavy 
load.

Severe overloading

Change pump and valve

The power output does not mesh.

Make the power output mesh

The oil cylinder drops
 down by itself after
 lifting

One-way valve is blocked or not tightly sealed.

Change the one-way valve.

The oil cylinder leaks inside

Change seal ring inside the cylinder or
 the oil cylinder

The distribution valve is blocked and not 
completely in position

Check and repair the distribution valve.

Pump and valve leak

Change the pump and valve

The oil cylinder fails
 to dropsdown properly
 (too fast or too slow)

Oil return filter is blocked

Change the oil return filter.

The dropping speed is adjusted too fast or slow.

Adjust the oil returning speed of the
 reversing valve

The limit valve malfunctions

Change the limit valve.

Air-operated valve is malfunctions.

Change the air-operated valve

The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high

Replace with proper hydraulic oil.

The oil cylinder lifts
 or dropsdisorderly

Unbalance loading and overloading result in the
 deformation and expanding of the cylinder.

Change the oil cylinder.

Oil leaks at oil seal

There is scuffing on the cylinder barrel or the 
outside of the piston rod.

Change the scuffed parts or the oil
 cylinder.

The oil seal is forced out due to many times of
unbalanced loading and deformation of the
 cylinder barrel.

Change the oil seal.

The oil seal is damaged.

Change the oil seal.

The oil cylinder lifts
 with play or too
 slowly.

There is air in the hydraulic system.

Exhaust the air by repeating lifting

The reversing valve is not tightly closed

Adjust the reversing valve

Oil pump leaks slightly inside.

Change the oil pump
