Germany type front-end telescopic rams are outstanding for their quality, safe operation and long service life. Thousands of them have proved successful on trucks& tippers and they have been developed specially to cope with tough conditions.

  Pistons and cylinders are nitrided to yield an exceptionally hard and wear-resistant surface which protects against corrosion and possesses excellent sliding properties. As a result, piston guides made of special plain-bearing material and subject to wear and tear are not required. The nitrided layer is a homogeneous part of the piston material and therefore cannot become porous or peel away. Additional scraper rings prevent dirt from penetrating the ram interior.
